Meet Joe Napolitano

Joe Napolitano brings many years of insight and perspective from a successful career in the semiconductor industry to his work with his clients. Most recently, as a Vice President of a top tier Global Semiconductor Capital Equipment Company, he brings a deep understanding of buyer-centered selling, along with key account management and strategic and conceptual selling methodologies for complex capital equipment sales. His methodologies have been used by many top-tier companies globally.

He is uniquely talented in establishing and maintaining positive and productive business relationships at the top executive levels and all levels of the organization. Throughout his career, Joe’s demonstrated track record is one of gaining new market share, maintaining existing market share, and guiding and mentoring his award-winning teams to follow in his footsteps.

Joe is based in Austin, Texas, and he currently leads Global Strategic Account Management for Texas Instruments at Tokyo Electron Limited, which is headquartered in Japan.

He earned a B.B.A., Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Since then, he has volunteered for many years on the Advisory Board of St. Edward’s University’s School of Natural Sciences.  Joe has also been formally preparing the next generation of TEL employees worldwide through his teaching of the Miller Heiman Strategic/Conceptual Selling courses. Joe has Italian and Spanish speaking skills and together with his wife Lisa, has a history of volunteering with local charities to feed the hungry in his neighborhoods. Joe has channeled his passion for feeding the hungry by helping these charities with grant writing and fundraising.  Joe currently serves as a board member for Helping Hands of Georgetown.
